Exercise improves the mind




Action is a law of life. Muscle tone and strength are lost without adequate use, but exercise improves the health of the body, mind and spirit by multiplying vitality and health. Exercise therapy includes out door exercise. The trails through beautiful surroundings becons you to walk and simultaneously be mentally and spiritually refreshed.
Regular exercise each day (one hour at least) will help you feel much better. Time spent in exercise is not lost. It helps to circulate the blood and stimulates your body and mind.
