After the week I have had some people may say why do you still worship God when so many bad things have happened to you.
You see God never said that the Christian walk would be easy and what gets me through my week is claim the promises of Jesus and He always sees me through.
When it seems like I have nothing, He gives me and provides to me everything I need. It could be to send a friend to give me food, or money or a lift down the road. Sometimes it is the smallest of things.
Don't get me wrong there are days where I forget because I am so absorbed in self. But if God has to remove everything away from me to realise that I am nothing without HIM then let it be so. This only brings me closer to God because I fully have to depend on HIM.
This is what I learnt this week and I hope it encourages you too. Don't give up the battle of your Christian walk because with Jesus you CAN gain the VICTORY!
